Guiding
Winter guiding positions are considered in October. We require that you have secured winter accommodations at Sun Peaks and have (or plan to acquire) a valid first-aid certificate before you can be considered.
Guides are required to work in all kinds of Winter weather conditions. Must be physically fit, as dog mushing is very physically demanding and tiring.
Guides must be personable, outgoing, able to multitask, and learn quickly. A love of dogs is a must!
Snowmobile guides must have mechanical experience.
Wages starting from $17.50/hour + gratuities.

Volunteering
Through the summer months, we have need for volunteers to help with watering, scooping poop and socializing/exercising. Own transport is necessary. Volunteers will be first considered for Guiding work in the winter.
