This is the third dog sledding trip we've taken and we loved the hands-on experience. We've never had a chance to handle and harness the dogs and we loved running our own dog team (though you don't have to). Kudos to Chris and Taryn for raising such friendly and approachable dogs. We can't wait to come back, though it's a long way from California.

Our Aussie family had simply the BEST time when we came for a visit in early January this year.  We cannot express in words how outstanding this experience was for our animal loving family.  We met every single dog with pats and hugs.  Taryn and Chris met us at the beginning with a 3 week old puppy that just melted our girls hearts!!! Then to meet all the dogs and to be so involved in harnessing them all up - what a treat.  From beginning to end we felt it was our experience and we were involved 100%!!!! Then to drive them the whole time - what a hoot!!!! I had done some serious research and one reason we were at Sun Peaks was to dog sled and the experience surpassed our expectations.  It was a once in a life time memory making time!!!! We cannot say thank you enough times over!!! If we could have spent the entire day we would have!!  Friends of ours were in Utah at Deer Park at the same time in January and went dog sledding - nothing like our experience.  Could not even come close - they are very envious and wish they had come with us!!! Really felt like saying "Told you so!!".  Thank you Chris and Taryn you are the most amazing young couple who helped us make memories that will last us a lifetime!!! Thank you thank you thank you thank you

_We had a great 1st-time dog sledding experience! Chris and Taryn were friendly and we appreciated them giving us an opportunity to learn about the dogs and then preparing them for the run. After listening to the dogs barking in anticipation of a run, the run was so stunningly quiet as we went along the trails in the woods. What a gorgeous sight with the snow on the trees. It was also a thrill to do some mushing along the trail; we're glad Chris and Taryn gave us the chance to do that. So, it was an exhilarating experience and a great Christmas present!
